Trail Cutting Texas Hill Country

Trail cutting is the targeted clearing of a navigable path through brush, cedar, and wooded terrain — wide enough and clean enough for the intended use (hiking, ATV/UTV, ranch road, hunting access, livestock paths) while preserving the surrounding tree canopy and scenic value. We use compact forestry mulchers to grind brush and small trees into a natural surface layer that stabilizes the trail and slows erosion.

For most Hill Country properties, even a single mile of well-cut trail completely changes how the owner uses the land. Sections you've never been able to walk are suddenly accessible. Hunting blinds become reachable. Maintenance and inspection become possible.

Versus hand-clearing with chainsaws and brush cutters: miles per day instead of yards. Versus dozer-cut roads: gentler on the land, narrower footprint, preserves scenic trees, and leaves a mulched surface rather than scraped dirt.
